Job Title: Plant Engineering Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Engineering Director to lead our plant engineering business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver plant engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective project management and resource allocation.
  • To manage and mentor a team of engineers, focusing on career development and task management.
  • To serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • To identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing successful delivery strategies.
  • To ensure all engineering processes meet the required quality standards, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in leadership roles within plant engineering services organizations.
  • A people-oriented and results-driven approach, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (PMI) are highly desirable, demonstrating expertise and commitment to best practices.
  • A deep understanding of multidisciplinary knowledge, particularly in Process, Piping, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines, with a keen ability to apply this expertise in complex situations.
