Job Overview

This role plays a crucial part in synchronizing production processes with third-party manufacturing partners. Key responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with manufacturers, ensuring quality standards, and implementing efficient production strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Production Strategy Development: Collaborate with manufacturing units to optimize processes, align with production goals, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Capacity Optimization & Planning: Maximize production schedules, capacities, and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Operations Excellence: Monitor RM planning, process monitoring, and drive teams for operational excellence.
  • Project Management: Lead key projects and assist the NPD team with launch projects and trials.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and dispatch alignment.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accurate raw material purchases and production schedules.
  • MIS / Reporting: Track yields, generate reports, and reconcile 3PL unit settlements.
  • SCM / Warehousing: Manage demand and supply, distribution operations, and inventory/stock management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in production planning and scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative approach with internal and external stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
