International Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving our business growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the company's revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets. Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the team's continuous improvement and success.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Act as the primary point of contact for major customers and ensure their needs are met.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Monitor sales team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales reports. Provide regular feedback and take corrective actions as needed.
- Negotiate with key clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with the company's objectives.
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems, particularly Zoho CRM, to manage the sales pipeline, track sales activities, and report on sales performance.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management, providing insights into sales trends and future revenue projections.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting customer needs and achieving business goals.
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a strategic approach to securing beneficial deals.
- Proficient in using CRM and ERP systems, particularly Zoho CRM, to manage sales processes and performance.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company's long-term goals.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- A strong customer-centric approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
