IT Operations Leadership Role

This leadership position oversees IT infrastructure operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct IT infrastructure management, encompassing servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
  • Coordinate incident, problem, change, and event management processes aligned with ITIL frameworks.
  • Utilize ITOM platforms to monitor and optimize performance, leveraging tools such as ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Orchestration.
  • Ensure system availability, capacity planning, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity.
  • Develop operational dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Automate recurring operational tasks to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resilient IT services.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on ITOM best practices and governance standards.

The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM platforms, cloud infrastructure operations, and IT governance principles. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and 10+ years of experience in IT operations management is preferred.
