Senior Research Lead

Expertly manage and execute comprehensive research projects by effectively leading project teams, conducting in-depth research activities, and cultivating key client relationships to drive strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to ensure timely updates and deliverables through proactive communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct research activities including designing and implementing screeners, questionnaires, and specifications to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Initiate and foster strong client relationships through regular engagement and tailored marketing strategies to drive business expansion.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues on effective project management techniques and best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong degree in any subject and/or professional qualification with a focus on research methodology.
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in research or a related field, preferably within a professional services organization.
  • Desirable: In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector and/or relevant experience.
  • Basic coaching skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with ability to learn new software quickly.
