Global Trade Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Trade Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Preparation: Prepare all export and import documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, phytosanitary certificates, and other special documents.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders to ensure smooth transportation and delivery of goods.
  • Consignments Execution: Execute entire consignments on an order basis, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Online Applications: Handle online applications and follow up on shipments, as well as perform any other tasks related to export-import operations.
