Job Title: Senior Manager Merchandiser

About the Role:

  • Experienced professionals in Merchandising & Marketing with 15+ years of industry experience are required.
  • Order execution till payment receipt is a crucial part of this job role.
  • Designation to offer: Sr. Manager or above.
  • Any graduate qualification will be an advantage, especially PG/Diploma/Certification in Merchandising.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage buyer accounts, fostering long-term relationships.
  2. Procurement of order and follow it through from start to finish.
  3. Provide valuable inputs to the design team for collections, ensuring timely delivery.
  4. Tap existing contacts and current buyers for orders based on best price possible, driving business growth.
  5. Maintain regular factory visits and communicate with buyers to stay updated on new market trends.
  6. Keep the office informed about changing market trends, enabling data-driven decisions.
  7. Maintain a pulse on buyers' buying patterns and financial condition, providing critical insights.
  8. Offer tentative spot costing during buyer meetings, facilitating smooth transactions.
  9. Coordinate with production, dispatch, and quality departments to ensure seamless operations.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry's best practices, applying knowledge to drive excellence.
  11. Develop good communication skills, both oral and written, and organized approach.
