The role of a Product Lead is critical in defining the product vision and strategy to align with business objectives and market demands.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prioritizing and managing the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are focused on delivering maximum value to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Visionary: Define and communicate the product roadmap to align with business goals and market requirements.
  • Backlog Manager: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts deliver maximum value to customers.
  • Agile Practitioner: Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Stakeholder Engager: Engage with stakeholders, including customers, business sponsors, and cross-functional teams, to gather feedback, validate product features, and address concerns.
  • Release Coordinator: Collaborate with development teams to plan and execute product releases, ensuring that deliverables are on schedule and meet quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering software products from concept to launch.
  • Methodology Expertise: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, product management principles, and agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas, influence stakeholders, and build consensus across diverse teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
