Job Title: Certified Freelancer Technician

Overview of the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and be able to install and commission equipment as per appointment and guidelines. They should also have excellent communication skills, enabling them to clearly explain the advantages of HSI PPP to customers.

This role requires a high level of customer centricity and an ability to manage relationships and work in teams effectively. The successful candidate must be able to troubleshoot issues faced by customers at their premises, provide support for upgrade solutions required in Home and Security, and demonstrate the benefits of the product.

The candidate should hold an ITI certification and be pursuing or have completed the necessary education requirements. A minimum of 0 to 2 years' experience in a similar field is preferred.
