Job Summary:

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and internal teams.
  • Assist in creating and delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns targeting specific sectors.
  • Prepare technical documentation, whitepapers, case studies, and product brochures.
  • Support the preparation and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, and customer seminars.
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely technical solutions.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of bioprocessing, filtration, and single-use technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
