Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and commissioning of products at customer premises.
  • Demonstrate and explain the advantages of HSI PPP to customers, highlighting its benefits and value proposition.
  • Provide support to customers for upgrade solutions required in Home and Security, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues faced by customers at their premises, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • ITI qualification or equivalent, with a strong foundation in electronics and communication.
  • Pursuing ITI or equivalent certification, with a focus on practical skills and hands-on experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success and customer satisfaction.

Skill Set:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to manage relationships and work collaboratively within teams, prioritizing customer needs and expectations.
