Lead BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead BIM Coordinator to lead project teams and be responsible for client coordination, internal team management, reviewing project deliverables, QA/QC oversight, and ensuring timely project delivery.

  • The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.
  • This role requires the ability to support project setup, planning, and execution strategies, as well as ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and P&L objectives.
  • A key responsibility will be to monitor and review project leads' updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status.
  • The Lead BIM Coordinator will also be responsible for leading BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.
  • Delivering high-quality outputs for all design stages is crucial, adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to coordinate with international project teams and adhere to global standards.
  • This position involves managing project workflows, allocating tasks efficiently, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • The successful candidate will oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms, such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
  • Developing, managing, and optimizing Dynamo scripts, as well as training team members in their usage, is also an essential aspect of this role.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Passionate, detail-oriented professional with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
