Social Media Executive

Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Social Media Executive to spearhead our social media strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media campaigns across various platforms, driving engagement and maximizing page reach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute social media strategy on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to achieve maximum page reach and interactions.
  • Craft engaging captions and create content in various formats such as reels, memes, carousel posts, and more.
  • Post links, videos, and photos on social handles daily, adhering to our planning and content calendar.
  • Track trending content and create posts accordingly, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
  • Analyze social media analytics to optimize posts and achieve maximum reach and engagement.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media analysis tools like Meta analytics and YouTube Studio.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop and other image/video editing tools.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including outside office hours when necessary.
  • Understanding of copyright requirements and issues.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
