Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate content for our products, services, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive content such as user guides, API documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal process documentation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and support teams to understand complex information and communicate it effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Edit, standardize, or revise content to meet standards and ensure consistency of tone, structure, and style.
  • Maintain version control and ensure content is updated regularly.
  • Participate in product testing and review to understand features from a user's perspective.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in content writing or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and tools (Agile, Git, APIs, SDLC).
  • Experience working with documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Confluence, GitHub, DITA, Markdown, etc.).
