Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team.

  • This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Manhattan's Supply Chain Process Platform (SCPP).
  • Key responsibilities include ensuring projects follow correct processes, leading the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within distribution facilities, evaluating and planning resource allocation for implementation teams, and providing leadership in validation and completion of entire process.
  • The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to collect and document operational needs to meet business expectations, ensure solution design meets requirements, and provide training and documentation for support resources.

Responsibilities also include establishing and maintaining strategy for supply chain system implementation, maintaining communication between systems and operations teams during projects, developing understanding of business processes or technologies in assigned areas, and establishing strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners.

This role requires the ability to stay up-to-date on current and future warehouse execution technologies and trends, as well as develop and implement policies to support organizational requirements and end-user needs.

A degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred. Relevant experience in logistics, inventory management, and operations management is essential.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
