">Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day vending operations, ensuring machines are stocked, clean, and functioning properly. Develop and implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Leadership and team management of a team of vending city specialists, coordination with site specialists for efficient vending machine operations, conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching and support.
  • Inventory and supply chain management, including managing inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock, coordinating with suppliers and vendors to maintain consistent product availability, and implementing inventory tracking and management systems.
  • Financial management, including monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Customer relations and service quality, addressing customer complaints or service issues promptly and effectively, developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and maintaining strong client relationships and securing new business opportunities.
  • Compliance and safety, ensuring all operations comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and training staff on safety protocols and best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, operations management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in operations management, preferably in vending, logistics, or retail.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, proficiency with inventory management and route optimization software, financial acumen and budget management experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
