Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to oversee the financial operations of our organization. This individual will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, building budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Compile monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal stakeholders and external investors.
- Develop and manage financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and working capital planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive insights from financial data and inform business decisions.
- Accounting & Compliance:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including vendor payments and receivables.
- Ensure adherence to statutory reporting requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate audit processes and ensure timely completion.
- Cash Flow & Expense Management:
- Monitor and optimize cash flow, burn rate, and fund utilization.
- Partner with external service providers for reconciliation, payroll, and expense management.
- Business Strategy Support:
- Work closely with founders and ops teams to extract actionable insights from financial data.
- Support pricing and commission modeling, as well as key business KPIs.
- Assist in due diligence and investor reporting as needed.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or strong finance/accounting background.
- 2-4 years of experience in high-growth startups or financial services.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to accuracy and process improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
