As a Senior Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring adherence to accounting standards, and supporting month-end book closure.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data. We require a detail-oriented and proactive individual proficient in Excel, Zoho Books, and core accounting principles.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Record and reconcile journal entries, maintaining the general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and collections.
- Handle GST, TDS compliance, and related filings.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books/Zoho Finance.
- Support audits, statutory compliance, and internal financial reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST/TDS), and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and Zoho Books/Finance.
- Hands-on experience in journal entries, AR/AP, reconciliations, and book closure.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
