Senior Software Requirements Analyst

As a Senior Requirements Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product roadmap by authoring comprehensive business and functional requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in gathering and defining business requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring successful iteration management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into actionable specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Oversight of product requirements implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:Experience & Skills:
  • 5+ years as Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in software/SaaS environments.
  • Proven proficiency in writing clear and concise requirements and functional specs.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in iteration management and collaboration with product teams.
Education & Additional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Ability to commit exclusively to this role; outside employment conflicts are not permitted.
  • Must comply with confidentiality and IP protection policies.
