Job Title: Technical Specialist

  • Perform detailed impact analysis for customer requests and create development and testing plans.
  • Develop and test solutions to customer requests for upgrades on existing processes.
  • Maintain code quality and create operational documents and SDLC release documents.
  • Deploy solutions fulfilling new functionalities without impacting ongoing processes.
  • Provide level 3 support for technical infrastructure components.
  • Responsible for code modifications as part of business requests.

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills, proficient communication skills, and fluency in English.
  • Ability to work in virtual teams, excellent team player, open-minded, and keeps pace with technical innovation.
  • Knowledge of IT delivery, data modelling, data analysis, and relevant financial services experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in computer science or software engineering.
  • Proficient in IT service management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
