Our current opportunities are in the Cell Maintenance (Manufacturing) department at Fabcity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly preferred.
  • Develop and implement projects to improve yield, reduce costs, and optimize production processes.
  • Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills.
  • Establish quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet internal/external audit requirements.
  • Show adaptability and capability of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  • Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications: Full Time B. Tech /Diploma (Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical)
