Job Overview

 

  • This position is responsible for leading a team of engineers in the field of Static Timing Analysis (STA).

 

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills and be able to drive complex technical projects forward. They will be responsible for guiding their team through the technical aspects of STA.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and lead the design of STA plans.
  • Lead the analysis and resolution of complex STA issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve STA efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely completion of STA tasks.

 

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in STA and synthesis.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with Primetime or Tempus tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
