As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing technology systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implementation of new features.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, QA testers, and IT support staff, to ensure seamless integration of the Point of Sale (POS) application with our omni-channel systems.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the POS application.
  • Develop business cases, including cost analysis, for strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness for guest and employee profiles, transactions, etc.
  • Build and optimize monitoring and alerting capabilities across multiple integrations, not limited to POS.
  • Automate report generation in Power BI, Splunk, etc., to get meaningful KPIs.
  • Understand the architecture of applications and the technology stack to recommend appropriate strategies to ensure SLAs are met.
