About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Analyst, where you will play a key role in end-to-end data analysis and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced analyst to work with us in analyzing digital, stores, and omni experiences. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for creating dashboards, partnering with technology partners, and providing strategic thought leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Pull data, curate analysis, and present findings effectively
  • Provide objective assessments of customer shopping performance in stores
  • Develop plans for feature measurement, dashboard creation, and execute analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set expected outcomes and goals for new features
  • Partner with technology partners and product owners to interpret dashboards
  • Present feature outcomes and recommended strategies to stakeholders
  • Maintain Power BI store and customer reporting
  • Lead workshops to brainstorm new ideas for features or site enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred
  • 6-9 years of experience in digital/eCommerce, analytics, or related fields
  • Expertise in Web Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics – preferred; Google Analytics)
  • Proficiency in Power BI and SQL
  • Experience in omni experiences and customer analysis within retail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to executives, non-technical, and technical audiences
