Job Title: Lease Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our lease abstraction team in India. The successful candidate will oversee daily functions and ensure seamless delivery of lease abstraction services.

  • Lead the Lease Abstraction team and oversee local managed services operations, with a focus on leadership, people management, and delivery excellence.
  • Collaborate with global business leaders to build and support the Managed Services team in India, emphasizing culture, community, people management, and delivery excellence.
  • Drive global integration and standardization in India, working with Managed Services Department Service Offering Leadership to develop a scalable infrastructure through policy adoption, standard operating procedures, and training/cross-training for India Managed Services teams.
  • Work with global and local leadership to ensure a common approach, as well as collaborating with regional and global leadership for resource management and development.
  • Contribute to MRI's Services strategic plans and objectives, delivering technology initiatives that support the growth of the organization.
  • Optimize solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across Services Departments.
Requirements:

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years' experience in Lease Abstraction or a related field, with leadership experience managing a global team.
  • Ability to manage abstraction projects by conducting regular meetings with the team and resolving issues, process improvement.
  • Experience in training and onboarding new abstractors to develop the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire a team to achieve great things, along with polished skills in communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a client-centric focus.
  • Experience with other business SaaS offers is a plus.
