Lease Paralegal Role

This entry-level role is ideal for recent law graduates looking to build a career in corporate legal operations, particularly in lease and contract management.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lease Paralegal to join our Lease Management team. This individual will be responsible for receiving and processing lease-related queries and review requests via email, assisting in the initial review of business case drafts and lease agreements, categorizing and prioritizing inquiries related to office, residential, and vehicle leases, coordinating with Operations and Regional Legal teams during each stage of the lease review, and supporting the lease team in routing business cases for approval from senior directors.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the Lease Management team to support the end-to-end lease review and approval process across global regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process lease-related queries and review requests via email.
• Assist in the initial review of business case drafts and lease agreements.
• Categorize and prioritize inquiries related to office, residential, and vehicle leases.
• Coordinate with Operations and Regional Legal teams during each stage of the lease review.
• Support the lease team in routing business cases for approval from senior directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Basic understanding of contract law and lease agreements (training will be provided).
