Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Identity Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and managing identity governance solutions within an organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement digital identity solutions, including access management and conditional access policies.
  • Configure and manage single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) technologies.
  • Integrate digital identity systems with other enterprise systems and third-party applications for automated provisioning and lifecycle management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues.
  • Implement and manage on-premises Active Directory services.
  • Automate identity lifecycle management processes for staff and contractors.
  • Deploy and integrate Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory) solutions with on-premises applications.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for digital identity management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams and clients.
  • Document configurations and processes for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory) and on-premises Active Directory implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management principles and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with conditional access, MFA, and SSO technologies.
  • Knowledge of protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
