Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Growth Functional Lead to spearhead our growth efforts across fintech products.

This role will focus on accelerating user acquisition, engagement, and retention through the development of holistic growth strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and optimizing growth funnels, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment across departments to maximize business impact.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Growth Strategy Development:

Develop comprehensive growth strategies for our portfolio covering various acquisition and engagement channels:

  • Fintech app
  • Fintech website

Aquisition, Engagement, and Retention for the APP and Web. And the same for Monetization use cases, currently Personal Loans. Deliver month on month Personal Loan Volumes.

  1. Stakeholder Management:

Manage key platform partners such as Google and Meta to optimize growth campaigns, platform integrations, and new feature launches. Build strong relationships with merchant partners to facilitate co-marketing and promotional activities.

  1. Experimentation & Innovation:

Drive growth by designing experimentation frameworks, leveraging beta tools and new features introduced by partners like Google and Meta. Identify emerging growth opportunities.

  1. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with analytics, product, and finance teams to monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and iterate marketing strategies accordingly.

  1. Leadership & Mentorship:

Provide leadership and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and results.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners.
  • Ability to design and implement experimentation frameworks to drive growth.
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
