Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Experience cloud + Service Cloud Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cloud-based solutions using the Salesforce platform.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Maintain overall responsibility for technical resolutions as per customer standards/requirements to ensure project success.
    Understand that business and technical processes are interrelated for project success.
    Daily activities include but not limited to: understanding customer requirements from BA and seeking clarifications
    Ownership for resolution of Incidents, minor and standard changes for the respective technology tower
    Update PM on issues/roadblocks in adhering to the timelines for tasks allocated
    All development should comply Salesforce.com recommended standards and avoid creating duplicate Fields, Objects, Validation, or any Configurations etc.
    Attend Meeting setup by PM and update the status of tasks allocated

Required Qualifications:

    

  • Minimum 6+ years of related SFDC experience as a cloud consultant
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Sales or Service Cloud Certification Mandatory
