Supply Chain Coordinator

This role is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, coordinating dispatch activities, managing pipeline invoicing, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Domestic Dispatch:
    • Issue delivery orders and instructions to drivers based on customer requirements.
    • Ensure all checks are completed before allowing vehicle entry.
    • Supervise the loading process and generate dispatch documents (GST invoices, e-way bills).
    • Handover dispatch documents to drivers.
  • Export Dispatch:
    • Coordinate container arrangements and provide transporter details for export planning.
    • Follow up with transporters for container stuffing and coordinate export documentation.
    • Communicate with marketing, transporters, and the plant to resolve issues during container gate-in.
    • Circulate relevant documents and follow up with marketing for credit-related queries.

Pipeline Invoicing:

  • Receive pipeline reports from the process team and raise invoices.
  • Coordinate with the process team to resolve query related to pipeline reports.
  • Send pipeline invoices to customers regularly and address any invoice-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in sales/logistic coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations and export documentation.
  • Familiarity with GST laws, SAP software, and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of transactions.
