Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sourcing activities for raw materials, factory consumables, and packaging.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating vendors and factory partners to ensure compliance with our company's standards.
  • Conduct market research and collect quotations for ongoing projects, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases and procurement documentation to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand sourcing requirements and facilitate communication with suppliers.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing and timelines with suppliers under supervision, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support visits to local factories or vendors as needed, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication with vendors.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Commerce, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Mature, responsible, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in procurement and sourcing.
  • Basic understanding of vendor evaluation and supply chain principles, with a willingness to expand your knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation, with a desire to learn new tools and systems.
  • Comfortable working with teams across functions, including operations and production, to drive results and achieve goals.
