Effluent Treatment Plant Operations Manager

We seek an experienced professional to manage and oversee the safe and efficient operation of our chemical plant's Effluent Treatment Plant in Jamnagar, India.

  • Operate and maintain the ETP plant ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Monitor treatment processes and perform routine tests to guarantee wastewater meets regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements to optimize plant efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of plant operations for future reference.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience operating and maintaining an ETP or similar facility.
  • Detailed understanding of wastewater treatment processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement process enhancements.
  • Effective communication and record-keeping skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to minimize waste generation and reduce environmental impact.
  2. Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Manage maintenance schedules and budget planning to prevent equipment failure.
  4. Conduct regular training sessions for employees to improve their knowledge on ETP operation and maintenance.
