We seek a highly skilled and motivated UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay current with the latest developments in UX design, particularly in the areas of human-AI interaction, conversational UI, and generative AI.
  • Design and implement user interfaces for complex software applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and an optimal user experience.
  • Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers to understand technical capabilities and limitations and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
  • Apply strong user-centered design principles and best practices for AI-powered applications.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of total experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience in UX design and front-end development for AI or complex software applications.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing user interfaces, including creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research methodologies.
  • Hands-on with AI-native design tools and UI generation from structured logic/code.
  • Basic understanding of Core GenAI concepts to inform UI/UX decisions.

Nice to Have:

  • Curious and knowledgeable about generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering for user and team experience enhancement.
  • Experience with multi-modal LLMs and designing interfaces for such capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability for rapid prototyping and performing quick PoCs for UI/UX concepts.
  • Portfolio showcasing strong UX design and front-end development skills for complex applications.
