Job Description

At the forefront of transforming healthcare, our organization is seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join its product team. This key role requires an individual with strong design fundamentals and a forward-thinking mindset.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user experience and interface design principles. They will be responsible for crafting visually engaging designs that bring business requirements to life in collaboration with engineers.

  • Craft wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Lead user research and usability testing to refine designs and ensure they meet accessibility standards.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with senior designers, product managers, and engineers to develop innovative solutions that drive business outcomes. Your expertise will help shape the company's digital presence and contribute to its mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React concepts preferred).
  • Excellent visual design sensibility with knowledge of typography, color, and grid systems.
  • Experience working with AI-assisted design tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
