Senior UX Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering user-centered solutions that drive business results.

The Senior UX Designer will lead the design process, working closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging and intuitive experiences.

  • Lead end-to-end design across mobile, web, and dashboards
  • Simplify complex flows and systems for both consumer and enterprise users
  • Translate AI/ML security features into usable, human-centered interfaces
  • Define, build, and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable components
  • Design for both B2C (users) and B2B (telcos, banks, regulators) use cases
  • Rapidly prototype and test concepts using Figma/Framer/Rive/Miro/Adobe CC
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teams
  • Ensure accessibility, performance, and trust in every design decision
Requirements
  • 8–12 years in UI/UX or product design (preferably in startups/SaaS)
  • Proven track record shipping both B2C products (consumer-facing apps at scale) and B2B platforms (dashboards, enterprise tools, telco/banking systems)
  • Experience designing and leading complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech platforms
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and owning end-to-end design delivery
  • Bonus: Background in AI, security, telecom, or fraud prevention
Preferred Skills
  • Expertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, Rive
  • Proficiency in motion/interaction prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Principle, or similar)
  • Familiarity with analytics/UX testing tools (Hotjar or similar)
  • Strong understanding of responsive, performance-first design across devices
