Job Description

As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in creating seamless and user-friendly experiences for our customers across all touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and the marketing team to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products (web and mobile). You will conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts, and participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in both product design and brand-focused design projects. You will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, from designing dashboards and websites to creating motion designs and animations. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in user research methodologies and contribute to the development of our design system and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products (web and mobile).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into user-centric designs.
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
  • Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships or freelance work may be considered).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • A solid understanding of UI design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design.
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
