Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX/UI professional to join our team. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will work on various projects, including Mobile Apps and Web Apps, with some of the most innovative founders worldwide.

Responsibilities include interacting with clients, researching user personas, creating wireframes, and guiding development teams.

  • Understand client business goals and objectives.
  • Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture for exceptional product experiences.
  • Present research findings to clients.
  • Design low- and high-fidelity wireframes during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
  • Communicate user journeys to development teams.
  • Design high-quality user interfaces and ensure client approval.
  • Provide design assets to development teams as needed.
  • Ensure seamless design handoffs and minimal gaps.
  • Closely review development builds and provide feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong analytical skills, and confidence in their abilities. They should also be organized, humble, patient, soft-spoken, quick to learn, and driven to excel.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for Mobile App Development projects.
  • Understanding of human interface guidelines.
  • Basic knowledge of app development processes.
  • Able to develop new concepts and help clients innovate.
  • Proficiency in Figma and design thinking.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodology.
