SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect is a key role in our organization.

  • We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead transformative programs for global enterprises. With 15+ years of overall experience in SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors, you will demonstrate expertise in Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruiting covering the complete Hire-to-Retire process.
  • You will showcase strong experience in cross-module integrations with SAP ERP, Non-SAP systems, Payroll, Benefits, and other enterprise applications.
  • A broad knowledge of the SuccessFactors Suite, including Time Tracking & Payroll, is required. You will also provide proven Project Management expertise with ability to lead end-to-end programs.
  • Your pre-sales experience includes RFPs, solutioning, estimations, client presentations, and demos.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. As a subject matter expert across SAP HCM & SuccessFactors modules, you will drive solution design, documentation, and advisory presentations for global customers.
  2. You will provide hands-on functional delivery and ensure high-quality implementation.
  3. Lead discovery workshops, strategy discussions, and design thinking sessions.
  4. Participate actively in pre-sales cycles including RFP responses, estimations, and solution demos.
  5. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and provide AMS support as needed.
  6. Step into the Project Manager role when required.
  7. Mentor, train, and lead junior consultants, fostering talent growth within the team.
  8. Conduct performance feedback, evaluations, and ratings for downstream resources.
  9. Manage Proofs of Concept (POCs), solution demos, and creation of sales collaterals.
  10. Liaise with SAP to maintain SuccessFactors partnership status.
  11. Contribute to thought leadership by publishing blogs, whitepapers, and participating in industry events/webinars.
  12. Travel onsite (domestic/international) for customer engagements as necessary.
  13. Lead and grow the SAP SuccessFactors practice, scaling headcount with business demand.
  14. Deliver cost optimization, automation, and rapid deployment solutions for clients.
  15. Ensure integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems is seamless.
  16. Report regularly on practice growth, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to the SAP Practice Head.
