Expert SAP SuccessFactors Module Administrator

This position will be responsible for configuring and maintaining SuccessFactors modules to support business operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with module setup, user management, and data import/export.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions, handling day-to-day operational issues, and performing root cause analysis.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of system architecture and data flow across modules, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors module configuration and maintenance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

About the Role:

This is an individual contributor role that will report directly to the Business HR team. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to join our internal IT team.

Requirements:

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors module configuration and maintenance
  • Proven track record of successful issue resolution and root cause analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) and reporting tools like Story Reports, Ad Hoc Reports, or Canvas is a plus.
