About the Role
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
  • Providing expert legal advice to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and colleagues
  • Evaluating and implementing strategies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Managing and coordinating all legal activities, including litigation, disputes, and contractual matters
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Mastery of law and legal principles, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Proven experience in legal document preparation, legal consulting, and compliance management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and make informed decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with a Master's degree or relevant certification highly desirable
  • Experience in litigation matters is essential, with a proven track record of success
