  • Ensure that all vendors meet performance and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in operations management within the event management or marketing industry, including experience with wedding curation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex operations, high-profile events, and diverse teams.
  • Experience with brand building, experiential marketing, and content creation is highly desirable.
