About the Job:

This position focuses on managing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  2. Manage campaign types including search, display, video, shopping, and retargeting ads to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  3. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
  4. Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to enhance results.
  5. Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing objectives are aligned.
  6. Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithm updates to maintain campaign competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI and data-driven decision making.
  • Desirable: experience with app install campaigns and product feed management.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
