Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned economist to lead our macroeconomic analysis team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our economic strategies and informing business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze global macroeconomic trends and central bank policies to identify opportunities and risks
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated models for forecasting economic indicators and market trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate trading-related models into our decision-making process
  • Maintain dashboards and monitor economic/financial market data to ensure timely insights

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or PhD in Economics or a related field with 2-6 years of experience
  • Strong econometric and empirical modeling skills, with the ability to develop and implement complex models
  • Proficiency in Python or EViews, with experience working with large datasets
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg/Haver preferred, but not required
