Our organization seeks a seasoned Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) expert to lead our efforts in implementing robust security frameworks and standards. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management of risks and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can leverage their expertise in GRC frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 to drive business growth while maintaining a high level of security maturity. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading Security Assessments: Conduct thorough security assessments against recognized frameworks to identify gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Developing GRC Initiatives: Design and implement GRC initiatives that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining Risk Management Processes: Develop and maintain risk management processes and tools to ensure ongoing risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cybersecurity GRC, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proven track record of leading GRC initiatives, conducting security assessments, and developing supporting documentation is essential.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
