You'll lead the design of intuitive interfaces for our web-apps and sites, shaping user experiences that drive engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design UI components and refine user flows to deliver seamless experiences.
- Develop scalable design systems and reusable UI kits to enhance productivity.
- Conduct self-testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Publish your work for peer review and collaboration.
To succeed in this role:
- You should have 0–3 years of experience in UI design using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A keen eye for clean HUDs and intuitive menus is essential.
- Proficiency in English communication – both verbal and written – is required.
- The ability to eliminate clutter and focus on key elements is vital.
- Bonus: Familiarity with front-end development (React/CSS), animation/motion design, or UX research would be advantageous.
