About the Role

As a key member of our spatial computing team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and responsive user experiences. Your expertise in Unity implementation, UI design, and micro animations will play a crucial role in shaping our immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Interface Implementation: Implement 2D and 3D layouts, menu logical flows, animations, and other UI features in Unity for PC, mobile, and AR/VR platforms.
  • Optimization: Ensure seamless user experiences by optimizing UI for performance.
  • Micro Animations: Create and manage micro animations in Unity to enhance user engagement.
  • Custom Shaders and Particle Systems: Build custom shaders and optimize particle systems in Unity to achieve realistic visuals.
  • 3D Asset Creation: Work with 3D assets, including creation, texturing, and rigging, to ensure high-quality visual fidelity.
  • UX Prototyping: Collaborate with designers to build UX prototypes in Unity, driving innovative user experiences.
  • Scripting: Write basic C# scripts to integrate UI elements with the overall system, ensuring smooth interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 4 to 5 years of work experience as a technical artist or similar role.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing example projects that demonstrate your skills.
  • Unity Expertise: Strong experience with Unity, especially in UI implementation, customization, and optimization.
  • Technical Competencies: Proficiency in creating custom shaders, working with particle systems, lighting, and rendering in Unity.
  • Coding Skills: Basic C# programming skills, with an understanding of scripting principles.
  • Design Principles: Familiarity with UX prototyping and design principles, ensuring visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Maya/Blender, with an understanding of creative workflows.
