Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at various levels, increasing project and organizational visibility, and identifying opportunities to align stakeholder activities with project goals.
  • Representing the organization at meetings and advocacy forums is a critical responsibility, and collaborating with the technical team to design effective advocacy strategies is key to driving impactful change.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Graduate in Social Work or a related field with 1+ years' experience in program implementation in the social sector.
  • Good understanding of social and environmental concepts and methods, fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi languages, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
