Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the strategic planning and execution of human resources functions to drive business growth.
  • Lead hiring efforts for middle and senior-level job roles, ensuring a seamless operational functioning.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records, bonuses, and other compensation details.
  • Collaborate with higher management to discuss compensation packages and benefits.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
  • Support HR functions and strategies related to talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies to meet business needs.
  • Source and hire top talent through various recruitment tools, including social media, job portals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct headhunting and mapping for niche skills, leveraging executive search and referral models.
  • Prepare comprehensive recruitment reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Generalist HR knowledge with expertise in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or similar productivity software.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, recruitment tools, and performance management software.
