As an
Talent Acquisition Manager/ Account Manager
at Code Vyasa, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition and management process.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with our clients, gaining an in-depth understanding of their specific hiring needs and providing customized staffing solutions.
  • Exceptional Communication: Utilize exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and the Code Vyasa team. Your strategic thinking and ability to manage multiple client accounts will be essential in driving the success of Code Vyasa and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with the HR and account management team to internally close hiring needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • End to end recruitment (Must have skills)

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Bachelor's degree/Master's degree
  • IT/Technical knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Salary Range:
Competitive salary, plus good incentives.Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Working Schedule:
6 days a week.
