Quality Assurance Specialist Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to join our organization in Mumbai. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.

- Oversee staff scheduling and maintain low attrition rates.

- Respond promptly to production issues and operational challenges.
